Basically this application contains two systems to control the functionality of the SpotBot,
1. SpotApp
SpoCLe interpreter and software front-end to SpotBot Microarrayer
2. SpoCLeGen
The SpoCLe Generator application is a utility for creating SpoCLe microarray printing files for the SpotBot microarrayer.
The files contain instructions in a scripting language called Spot Control Language (SpoCLe).
